The Kenya Society (UK) – Celebrates 20th Anniversary

The Kenya Society UK celebrated it’s 20th Anniversary on Thursday 26th March 2009. The occassion took place at the Royal Over-Seas League club house along
St James’s Street, London.

Invited guest included Hon Sally Kosgey – Minister for Higher Education, Science and Technology (Kenya) who was the guest of honour, H. E. Joseph Muchemi – Kenya High Commissioner (UK) and several retired former UK high commissoners who served in Kenya. The Kenya Society was established in 1989 with the aim of fostering good relations between the United Kingdom and Kenya. The society is involved in a number of activities in the Diaspora and hosts a range of charity events throughout the year in aid of good causes in Kenya

FairICT is committed to promoting ICT in the Diaspora and is proud to be associated with The Kenya Society as a strategic partner to provide ICT support. This will enable the society improve its services and more so the on-line experience and future participation of its members.
